Sadly the owners are forced to do a Short Sale as they owe way more on the home than it&amp;#39;s worth and just like everyone else, money is too tight to try and hold on.&amp;nbsp;Listed at $319,900 I expect many inquiries and likeley offers as well in the first few weeks as it was truly sad to list this home at such a low price.&amp;nbsp; Assuming the Lenders are not out partying with their TARP money I suspect this home will close escrow some time in July or August assuming a solid offer comes in this month.
