I just listed a great property in the Bostonia area of East County. Sadly the owners are forced to do a Short Sale as they owe way more on the home than it's worth and just like everyone else, money is too tight to try and hold on. Listed at $319,900 I expect many inquiries and likeley offers as well in the first few weeks as it was truly sad to list this home at such a low price.
